Position Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. The General Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including site preparation, equipment handling, and maintenance duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and has a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

    1.    Site Preparation and Maintenance:

    •    Clean and prepare worksites by removing debris and hazards.

    •    Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.

    •    Assist with assembling or dismantling temporary structures as needed.

    2.    Physical Labor:

    •    Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.

    •    Operate basic tools and equipment safely, such as shovels, drills, or power tools.

    3.    Equipment Handling:

    •    Transport and organize materials and equipment for projects.

    •    Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

Qualifications:

    •    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    •    Previous experience in general labor, construction, or similar roles is a plus.

    •    Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

    •    Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks.

    •    Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

    •    Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.

    •    Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.

    •    Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment:

    •    Outdoor or indoor worksites, depending on the project.

    •    May involve variable hours, including early mornings or weekends.
